We have acquired an interesting Aston Martin V8, first registered on November 11th 1976. This particular V8 was Aston Martin’s development car and was used to develop certain features of the 1977 model. The car was then used by Aston Martin as a demonstrator at the prestigious Sloane Street Showrooms in London and in 1977 she was loaned to the Duke of Westminster whilst he was awaiting the delivery of his Lagonda. She has upgraded suspension plus Vantage front spoiler, driving lights, radiator grill and a full Vantage exhaust system in stainless steel. She is also fitted with 5 new style BBS alloy wheels and the front suspension was changed to the Vantage system for better road holding. She also benefits from a full chassis restoration and comes complete with an excellent history/service file including a selection of documented MOTs. On the open road she performs as any well maintained Aston Martin should. Original literature:
