Upgrades

We take for granted many modern car luxuries - we find them convenient and they help us to be safe.

Many of these upgrades can be fitted retrospectively and offered to the owner of any classic Aston Martin by Aston Workshop.

Such upgrades and enhancements not only give the owner obvious benefits in day-to-day use, but can also greatly increase a car's desirability and re-sale value.

As one of the biggest specialists dealing in Classic Aston Martins, we have noticed an increase in demand for LHD cars and the availability of such cars is extremely small. As a result, we have endeavoured to meet our clients wishes and developed a series of LHD conversions to factory standards.

Steering
Steering

The cheapest and smallest of cars these days has power steering as a standard feature, but in the Pre-War years, the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s, most Aston Martin cars came with unassisted steering as standard. Indeed, power steering was only an option with the DB6 and not available with the DB5 and earlier models. Even then any prospective purchaser would have paid extra.

Wipers
Wipers

A simple push on the windscreen wiper rotary switch will activate the washer and at the same time cause the wipers to make between 4 and 6 sweeps depending on how long the washer is activated. Additionally, we have created an intermittent wipe facility with a simple switch to activate it.
