Aston Workshop Restored 1970 Aston Martin DB6 MK2 Volante returns to Switzerland

This undeniably gorgeous 1970 Aston Martin DB6 MKII Volante arrived at Aston Workshop from the long-term owner in Switzerland fully dismantled and ready for restoration.

The Volante was subject to Aston Workshop's full ground-up restoration based on the customer's bespoke specification. The final result is a stunning example of a DB6 Volante, finished in eye-catching Cardinal Red, with a Tan hood and Bentley Hide Trims.

The owner requested two key upgrades as part of the restoration; the Aston Workshop engine upgrade to 4.7 litres, and a refinish in Cardinal Red, transformed from it's original Silver Birch exterior. The DB6 also benefits from more discreet Aston Workshop enhancements, such as central locking, upgraded brakes and modernised suspension components, greatly improving the day-to-day driving experience of this classic Aston.
