The Aston Martin DB9 represented a massive shift forward for the marque, built using the new VH chassis design and equipped with the Aston V12 engine producing 450bhp. The first car built at the new Gaydon facility, the DB9 was capable of 186mph while carrying 4 people with its 2+2 set up.
