The DB9, launched at the 2003 Frankfurt Motor Show, received a major refresh in 2013 that combined the styling of the short-lived Virage with a new, more powerful variant of Astons V12 engine. The DB9 now produced 510bhp, as much the range topping DBS, and incorporated a range of other upgrades including a new 4th-gen version of the Adaptive Damping System and Carbon Ceramic Matrix brakes. All of these updates cemented the DB9 as the leading Super-GT, with comfort and performance in equal amounts.
