A lovely, low mileage example of a timeless classic, this beautiful 230 SL is the very epitome of class and sophistication.

Resplendent in the classic colour combination of cream with blue hide interior and matching deep blue mohair hood,  it evokes a period of grace and charm in motor manufacture that is sadly lacking from the car designs of today.

Purchased by a TV actor in 1993, this particular example was subject to restoration in 1999/2000 at a mileage of just 25000. It was at this point that the odometer was returned to zero, the car having covered a total of just 7341 miles since!

The restoration included replacing wings, sills, inner sills, floors, leather, carpets, reconditioned engine, drive-train, suspension, brakes etc. No expense was spared and all of the parts used were original Mercedes Benz.

With lots of lovely features such a rear seat, power assisted steering, CD HiFi, original toolkit, upgrade to unleaded and an extensive history portfolio this is an opportunity to purchase a superb example of one of the most elegant cars ever made and an appreciating classic.
