Further Information

Step back in time with this lovely, very original example of the iconic TR7. In what surely must be the "must have" colour combination of Java Green with the incredibly rare "Broadcord" interior, this superb example has had just 4 keepers from new, the first of whom owned the car from new until 2002! With just 69,000 miles and a huge service file, this classic Triumph will surely be cherished by the next keeper and generations to come. As can be seen from the photographs of the actual car we have for sale, this really is an unmolested and well cared for example. Come and have a look before it's too late, or contact our sales team for further info: +44 (0)1207 233 525 -------------------------------- "The TR7 is characterised by its "wedge" shape, which was commonly advertised as: "The Shape of Things to Come", and by a swage line sweeping down from the rear wing to just behind the front wheel. The design was penned by Harris Mann who also designed the wedge-shaped Austin Princess. The car had an overall length of 160 inches (406 cm), width of 66 inches (168 cm), wheelbase of 85 inches (216 cm) and height of 49.5 inches (126 cm). The coupé had a kerbside weight of 2205 pounds (1000 kg). During development, the TR7 was referred to by the code name "Bullet". The original full size model wore MG logos because it was styled at Longbridge, which was not a Triumph factory." Source: Wikipedia
