Aston Workshop own some of the most expensive, unique and state of the art machinery rarely found elsewhere. As a result we are able to offer engine upgrades that are second to none but with a pricing structure that means we always remain competitive.
It should be remembered that the design concept of these engines dates back to the late 1930s and consequently there are some limitations to the scope of engine modification and development that can be achieved.
However, through a combination of client request and in-house development, Aston Workshop are constantly pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved on these fine classic Astons.

[more...]The Aston Martin V8 engine was originally defined and specified during 1963 as the DB5 was being readied for production.
From the outset, conceived as a V8 of greater than 4 litre capacity, it incorporated many of the same technical and physical features of its predecessor, particularly, cylinder block design. This eventually resulted in an engine of 6 litre capacity.
